Thanks.")* Hi, I already disabling convert form recaptcha (use in contact form) and the default Joomla recaptcha not in use, already disabled. The issue still persist. This issue never happen before but we noticed it by last 2 day after one of our customer complaint that he cannot register the account because the recaptcha error. Thanks. Could you provide a backend access and an access to the ReCaptcha account in order to check on the situation ? If so you can provide them via our contact form : [ www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html](https://www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html) Also, note that captcha works less and less to protect against bots due to advanced made in the past few years with AI. On our end, we switched to [ extensions.joomla.org/extension/ospam-a-not/](https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/ospam-a-not/) 2 years ago and we are satisfied with the results. This could be a good opportunity to look at switching on your end.
