Free product with minimum order coupon

we have added a coupon called winter that should give a free product with the minimum order amount of $60.00. It is not working? Not sure if we have it set up correctly or if it is an issue with all the other discounts we have applied? Can you please look and advise?

Is it normal for it to take this long for a response from Hika?

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of your coupon ?

We usually answer in around 12 hours. So yes, it's normal you didn't get an answer after 4 hours.

The way you configured your coupon, what that coupon will do is that it will give a $8.09 discount on the checkout if the total amount of all the "8 inch suction cup..." products in the cart is at least $60.

There is no settings in the HikaShop coupon settings to give a product based on minimum amount but you could give a discount amount of the amount of the product, the problem is that the product would have to be added manually by the customer.
An alternative is to use AWOCoupon Pro:
awodev.com/products/joomla/awocoupon
I think that it allows for that, but I would recommend confirming with them.
