More discount options

Hello,

My client would like to expend the discount options available as for today. Options like "buy 2 get the third for free" or "1+1" etc.
Some of the features can be achieved with the current system but it's not simple and requires multiple options for many purchase variations.
My questions is, do you (or any other third party provider you can recommend of) provide such a system?
