discount on price vat included

I have a product at price (vat included) 298 euro, I set the flat amount discount at 100 euro but the discounted price is 176 euro. I see the discount is applied to price before tax. I want the discounted price is 198 euro. Also if I calculate the price and I set the flat amount to 81 euro instead 100 I get the discounted price 199,18. How I can obtain 198 euro? Thanks

First, make sure you have the "automatic tax" setting activated in your discount.
Also, you might want to change the "discount apply" setting of the HikaShop configuration.
