I need to create a site ads. The user can enter them in a free but if you want them to be on the home page they must buy the "space" you can do it with hika?

Yes, this can potentially be done with HikaShop.
You can create one product per "space", some of them as free products and other with a price.
There is the possibility to add restrictions on products, in order to limit the quantity the users bought.

Another way could be to have only one product ,and create a characteristic with all the "spaces" as values and then add this variant on the product and apply a price per variant. Some can be set as free and others with a price.
