The triggers are listed in our developer documentation : [ www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...#subscription\_plugin](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/125-hikaserial-developer.html#subscription_plugin) 3 - It is best to have a cron task for HikaSubscription process ; so the subscription expiration (and email notification) can be done automatically during the day. 4 - The HikaSubscription plan system do have its "actions" system. I didn't have any feature request regarding a mass action for subscription nor a visual custom workflow ; but I'm aware. The "action" plugins can add their configuration in that panel and they will perform their action when the subscription start or expired. HikaSubscription provide two plugins for the actions, the "groups" and the "acymailing" plugins. Both can be used as a template if you want to create your own action.
