problems with Hebrew,

using UTF-8 or windows 1250 is not helping while importing and I get gibberish or no text at all.
I now realize that it's actually create problems all along the way importing category names, currency (refuses to recognize the ILS symbol and therfore does not import the price...) I had to change to ILS instead of "₪"

any solution?

OK, I found a solution, i create the entire file in Excel, then during saving as CSV, finally I convert it to TXT and when I save it as TXT i choose UTF-8. then I import to hikashop the TXT file, working good.
