That should hopefully display an error message. Also, I encourage you to update to HikaShop 2.3.5 which fixes a problem with the Google Products plugin so it might actually help. Please look in the PHP error logs of your web server for the fatal error message and provide it. Note that it is probably because the website has to load too much data from the database (it basically has to load all the products data in memory in order to generate the XML file) and changing the "Increase performances" option of the plugin might actually help. I am able to display error messages in other places on the same backend of the same installation. But this particular page shows the debug output data, but no errors. Also, there is nothing in my hosting error log. Perhaps this screenshot will help. It shows what the page looks like immediately after tapping Trigger. As you can see, a blank page appears and part of the Joomla logo is oddly covered.
