It can import everything. Now RedShop was not used a lot and so not many people migrated with it so there might be some issues with your version of RedShop. The best is to first make a copy of your website and install the latest version of HikaShop on it. Then, try the import tool and see what you get. If that goes well, you can do it on your live website, move to HikaShop, and then update your Joomla to the latest version since HikaShop's latest version is compatible with both Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.x. So, I repeated the import procedure (before I restored the DB) with Joomla's Debug System on. Now after the Manufactures' import I get the following message (see attachment): "Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request....." Thanks. Makis P.S. I want to migrate it to Joomla and Hikashop (last versions) What is the best way to do it without losing all these datas (products, categories, customers)?")* Hi, I'm not sure why it does that, but for now, add the line: return true; after the line: echo '<p '.$this->titlefont.'><span'.$this->titlestyle.'>Step 3 :</span> Import Manufacturers</p>'; in the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/import/reds.php That will skip the manufacturers and it should help you finish the import process.
