Product Export - Random Blank Rows

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.13

Seems as though the product export is broken on my site. After exporting one product (should be only one row in the CSV with values), i get around 80 rows of blanks. Seems as though it's exporting some random category names, most of which don't even seem to be related to the product I'm exporting.

I know this can be done with massactions, but still wanted to know what's up with the export function, as it is much more convenient. I also tried with our test server which is running hikashop 3.5.1 and same behavior. Any thoughts? I can give backend access if necessary.

Hi,

The export CSV first includes the mapping of your category tree, and then you get the products below so that when you import the CSV on a new HikaShop, you can get the category tree as you had it and the products attached to it.

ah, that makes more sense. For my purposes (importing products to ShipStation), it was easier to just use mass actions.

Good to know in the future if i need to migrate the store for any reason.
