Column Data not in correct Columns following .CSV export

Hello,

We are exporting our Orders to .csv and have noticed that the " appears in every cell surrounding the data. We are having to Find and Replace this with a Space to remove it.
When we then Separate the data into Columns using the Semicolon the data is not sitting under the right Columns.

item1_order_product_name contains City data as an example.

I have shared a snip of an export showing some of this behavior.

We assume we are not doing this correctly so require some assistance on exporting and separating in Excel.

Following further reading I have found that going into the System Configuration and changing the CSV separator from the default Semicolon to a Comma output the data into the correct columns in Excel without having to find and replace the speech marks.

Hope this helps someone else.
