Hi
I created a CSV with two columns product_code and price_value, exactly as mentioned in this topic:
Update the product prices
but the prices were not updated. Where did I go wrong?
I have attached the CSV file.

Hi,

Are you sure that what you have under the "product_code" column are product codes ? Not product names ?
They look like names, not codes and in that case, HikaShop wouldn't be able to match with the corresponding products and that would explain why the prices were not updated.

Hi
yes I am sure.
Because the name of the product is in Persian language.
The csv file is attached with the product_name column.

Hi,

Then the CSV looks totally fine to me.
Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of the mass action you're using for the import ?

Hi
I do not use Mass Actions. But I want to update the price of the products by import the csv file.
Of course, I would be happy if you could also tell me how to configure the Mass Actions to update the price from the csv file.

Hi,

Well, the link you provided in your first message explains to use a mass action and how to configure it:
www.hikashop.com/forum/import-export-csv...id-s-csv.html#186099

create a mass action with a filter "import from CSV" via the menu System>Mass actions in order to import your CSV. You'll be able to click on the "process" button of the mass action to import the CSV.

The import tool is to import products, not really to update prices which is why you're struggling with it.

I don't have the import from CSV in filter Mass Action (Please see the attached image).
Also, I could not manually update the prices through the csv file.

I noticed that more than 50 products cannot be updated either through CSV or text in product -> import menu.

Hi,

Indeed, the exact name is "CSV products" there.

thanks.
and what about this limit? Why can't more than 50 products be updated? Do I need to change the settings somewhere?

Hi,

It might be a bug. I would recommend updating your HikaShop to the 4.6.1 which fixes some issues with the normal import of products:
