Hello,

You do not have any front end CSS file for HikaShop.
So all the CSS provided by HikaShop to make its content display properly is not available.
So the CSS which makes the categories block "float left" to get a 4x3 grid, is not available.

You should check your HikaShop configuration and not deactivate the HikaShop front-end CSS files to right have all its rules.

Thank you, Jerome.

I did deactivate the front css because it was creating an issue with the Templaza Jollyness template.
This was suggested by their support team to fix an issue related to the product listings.

I activated it again but I still get a signle column.

There seems to be quite few conflicts between this template and Hikashop or I might be doing few things wrong.
Ex. When I open a category, the products are not listed although there are plenty of products in those categories.
Please note that I had Hikashop installed for quite some time but now that i upgraded the version along Joomla and added a new recommended template, everything seems to be broken.

Thanks,
Saad

Hello,

I understand your situation, with HikaShop 3.x new frontend structure, and to have several Hikashop Css files :
- Frontend.css for structure
- HikaShop.css that can be unused
- Optionnal Style.css for customization

The Frontend can of course be unsed BUT for this your template must have some of our Css command in order to fit HikaShop Display Options.
Conclusion it seems that Templaza isn't up to date to fit HikaShop 3.x...
Several solution :
- Contact templaza in order to update to HikaShop 3.x
- Or you sort between the various Css commands

Regards

I am having the same problem. This has destroyed a lot of work on the website, and is driving customers away.
