This function is defined in administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/helper.php since HikaShop 4.1.0. If you have that error, it means that this file was not updated during the update process. Rename the folders administrator/components/com_hikashop/ and components/com_hikashop via FTP and install the latest version install package you can download on our website. That should fix the problem. Thank you, Nicola.")* Hi, The goal there is to make it so that Joomla doesn't find these folders of Hikashop so that instead of overwriting the files, it will recreate the com_hikashop folder and add back all the files and folders with the proper access rights. So the name you choose for the "com_hikashop" folder can be anything. I recommended to rename them instead of deleting them just in case you could revert the modification if there was a problem after the update (there shouldn't be but better safe than sorry).
