Obtain number of items in a cart to be inserted in a menu item

Is there a simple way to retrieve the number of items in the current cart and display it in a joomla menu item title?

Hi,

Yes, you can :
- configure a HikaShop cart module instance via the Joomla modules manager to be configured as a "mini cart".
- You can potentially setup a translation override to remove the text around the quantity:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify
- install modules anywhere:
www.regularlabs.com/extensions/modulesanywhere
- in the title of your menu item, enter the module anywhere tag corresponding to that HikaShop cart module instance so that it will display in the title of the menu item.
