Note that this feature is only available through commercial versions of Hikashop. I Set "Payment of orders not paid immediately" to YES, and also "Allow customers to change their payment method after checkout", and "Allow customers to reorder". (and different combinations for these). My payment options I set "Invalid status" to created. Now when canceling payment, i get returned to an empty cart.... the order status in the backend shows 'created', but the customer has an empty shopping cart, so cannot edit it (add the forgotten product) and go through re-ordering... If you're redirected to an empty cart, it means that the reorder function was called instead for some reason. Could you provide a link to the order listing page and a test user account so that we can reproduce the issue on your website and analyze the situation on the listing ? In the main configuration, the "Clean cart when order is " was set to created. Changed that now to confirmed.
