Many thanks :)")* Hi, Displaying the products ordered by their stock is already possible. Just click on the "quantity" title of the products listing. You can have the system email you for low stock/out of stock products thanks to the "out of stock" plugin that you can configure via the Joomla plugins manager. It will send you an email automatically. What about creating a purchase order for vendors so that the client can order more of the low quantity stock? SO they would select the products on their site that are low on stock (as shown by the filtered stock) and then select how much they want to order fromt he supplier (or manufacturer or brand whatever you want to call it) which would then send an email out to the supplier requesing the stock with a purchase order number on it? That would require a custom view to be developed in order to do that.
