Pre Order Plugin

If you take a payment while zero stock will the final amount then be payable once the item is in stock.

So item £50. Pre-order charges £10, the £40 balance will display in the user control panel and can be paid with Stripe, Paypal or Points.

No, you pay right away the full amount. There is no system to split the payment like you describe.
