email error

we have a new email address we want to use in the store. when i change it i get this error upon paying for checkout and we get no email confirmation to the buyer, any ideas? Also if we use paypal pro, do i need to do anything to the api for this new store address? It's already an email address associated with our PayPal account, but we need the emails to come FROM the new address to make it work for our shipping.

The steps to get the mail error are
Place order, submit, and then that came up. (on both PayPal and CC-PayPal Pro) so just put an order in with "test" as your name so we know, and submit to pay with paypal. The message comes up but it does then redirect to PP.


I will attach the PP Pro config screen. We need the PayPal pro API to use the new email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. when it submits to PayPal.
