Bonjour,

Si les clients reçoivent l'email de création et pas l'email de confirmation, il est très probable que le statut des commandes restent sur "créée" au lieu de passer automatiquement à "confirmée" suite au paiement.
Donc vérifiez cela.
Si c'est le cas, alors le souci vient le la notification du paiement.
Avez-vous bien renseigné l'URL de notification dans l'option "l'url de retour CGI2" du coté de Monetico ?
Sinon, cela expliquerait pourquoi les notifications de paiement ne sont pas traitées.
Si c'est le cas, alors activez l'option "debug" de la méthode de paiement et faites une transaction. Les informations de débug pour la notification de paiement seront incluses dans l'option "payment log file" de la configuration HikaShop.
Si il n'y a pas d'information de debug de la notification de paiement, cela indiquerait qu'il n'y a pas de notification de paiement reçu par HikaShop. Donc là il faudra voir avec Monetico et vérifier que tout est bien configuré dans votre compte marchand Monetico.
