We develop new payment plugins less and less on our end, and third party developers do more and more.
That way, we focus on HikaShop core features, that only us can work on, and other developers can make money developing payment plugins for HikaShop.
So we, HikaShop itself, will probably never include a free Payconiq payment plugin by default in the future.
However, there will probably be someone building such plugin at some point.
I checked on their website, and I can see that they propose interested merchants to contact their partners for the development of such integration:

And you can also request Payconiq to look into it there.
So I would recommand talking to them and showing your interest. That's the first step in having a solution available in the future, like you did here for us.
And similarly, to them, we also have partners that can work on such payment plugin. TsukiDev has been developing several payment plugins recently so you might want to reach to them and see with them how much it would cost to develop such an integration:
