Maybe I'm missing something... Below I've attached screenshots with the problem. There's space where products should be. The same thing happens when I open the category listing, where it shows me white space instead of the product box, so to speak. Is there somewhere specific I should be looking to fix this? Thank you in advance.")* Hello, I don't get why your **height consistency** didn't work, but I have a solution, you can add some custom css, see **[ this tutorial](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/272-hikashop-display-by-color.html#custom)**. This kind of code, can do the trick : **.hkc-md-4.hikashop\_product { height: 450px !important; }** Note : You other future solution will to update your HikaShop to **4.2.2**, that have the flex system specifically to avoid this kind of issue.
