How to set product's Retail price too many fractional digits.(default has XX.0000000)
and set currencies just control front display.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you're talking about ?
The retail price field supports up to 7 decimals. Then, it is rounded for display on the frontend automatically based on the number of decimals you configured in the currency via the menu System>Currencies.
So from what I understand it already works like what you wrote in your message. But maybe I didn't understand your message properly ?
