Pls help.")* Hi, Your screenshot indicate that you're at least missing the CSS of the HikaShop backend. So please first check that the "backend CSS" setting in the HikaShop configuration (under the Display tab) is set to "default". If that's not the case, change it back and it should help. If that's already the case, then you might have either a PHP error or a javascript error. For the PHP error, you can activate the "error reporting" and "debug system" settings of the joomla configuration and look at the bottom of that page for the error message. We would need to know it to understand what's going on. For the javascript error, you can look at the console of your browser ( [ www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials...pt-developer-console](https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-the-javascript-developer-console) ) when displaying that page. If there is a javascript error on the page, the error message will appear in the console and we would need to know it to understand what's going on. Pls help.")* Hi, The issue comes from the file /media/com_hikashop/css/backend_default.css If you open it directly with your browser, you can see this: [ i.imgur.com/EDO6SHJ.png](https://i.imgur.com/EDO6SHJ.png) There, it says that the version of the file is 2.3.5 where it should be the 4.5.0 This means that this file has permissions which prevents Joomla from updating that CSS file when updating HikaShop. What you can do is to remove that file via FTP or your hosting file manager. Then, install again the latest version of the HikaShop install package on your website and it will add the latest version backend_default.css file which will display properly everywhere.
