How to make products sorted by manufacturer have H1 headings?

What do you mean by "even if in every brand description i set it to H1" ?
There is no h1 setting in brands so I'm not clear on what you're doing.
Also, where exactly do you want h1 headings ?
On the name of the category ? I don't see the page heading on your link.
If you want to display a page heading there, you first need to activate the "show page heading" setting of the menu item via the joomla menu manager.

You need to edit the menu item with the title "Productos" via the Joomla menu manager.
There, under the Page Display tab, you need to activate the "Show page heading" setting.
That will display the heading.
Also, under the "Categories options" tab you have the setting "Use the menu name as title". If activated, the heading will use the title/heading configured as a normal Joomla menu item. If turned off, the heading will use the name of the current category / brand as the heading of the page.
