Je reviens sur Envoimoincher : J'ai créé un compte chez Envoimoinscher et paramétré le plugin avec "La Poste" comme service de livraison, saisi les identifiant, mot de passe et clé API et autres paramètres. Lors d'une commande aucun frais de livraison n'est calculé. Même problème avec Chronopost ?! Merci pour votre aide Cordialement Christian")* Bonjour, J'ai passé en revue tous les paramètres et il y a du mieux J'ai donc choisi les services de livraison "Chronopost" et "La poste" J’ai mis 2 produits dans le panier : 1 produit de 200g + 1 produit de 4000g = pas de méthode de livraison disponible ! Par contre si je mets 1 produit de 200g + 2 produit de 4000g = Seul Chronopost est proposé ?! J’avais un problème d'inversion entre la longueur et la largeur des produits. Certains produits ne pèsent que 5 grammes et avec de faibles dimensions. Dans ces conditions, Envoimoinscher ne propose aucun mode de livraison. A 10grammes et 10mm çà marche ! Faut-il paramétrer 3 plugins Envoimoinscher, 1 pour les colis de moins 3kgs, 1 pour les colis < 70Kgs et 1 pour les colis > 70Kgs ? Comment gérer les produits dits "Non mécanisables" > à 1.50m ? Autre problème, lors d'une commande avec le choix d'un mode de livraison ChronoRelais par exemple, il est impossible de valider la commande après avoir le choix du point relais. Pas de problème avec un mode de livraison sans point relais. Lors d'une commande avec un produit de 0.45kg, Envoimoinscher propose une livraison gratuite ?! Je galère encore avec les produits non mécanisables( >1.50m). J'ai besoin d'explications sur le calcul du volume. Avec un des produits ayant une longueur inférieure à 1.50m, le système propose des frais de livraison correspondant au mode de livraison manuel paramétré pour des produits avec une longueur supérieure à 1.50m !
