Shipping method weird behaviour

Hi!

I have a shipping method that its cost is € 4,90 for orders with maximum price 50€. For orders more than 50€ the shipping cost is free.
But that applies to a specific warehouse. My issue is that the free shipping method does not work at all.
For example, I add a product that costs 120€ and the shipping method that appears is not the free one.

We have test on your website, and reproduce your configuration on our localhost, and on our side it work as expected.
Meaning, that from your configuration the shipping method that cost 4.90 Euro shouldn't be displayed.,
And given your settings if the total of the basket is greater than 50 Euro that isn't possible...

So, can you provide these elements in order to better understand the context :

- Backend user with maximum Acl

Hi,

I checked several of your products and none of them had a weight setup. This means that the system considers them as virtual products (like mp3, online courses, etc).
And I checked these shipping methods and they don't have the "include virtual products price" setting activated.
So in that case, the price of these products will be ignored for the checks on the minimum price and maximum price restrictions of your shipping methods as only products with a weight will be taken into account.
You probably want to turn on that setting.
