Tax namekey

How do I change the name of the Tax namekey? When it shows the tax on the order, it says "Sacramento City." I want it to say "tax" This is what the customer sees, and it may be confusing to see "Sacramento City" where there would normally be the word "tax."

Best is to do not rename your taxes but to deactivate the "detailed taxes" display.

maybe my terminology is off.

What name field does the system look at to determine the tax value.

IE, zipcode

Our name input is [vehicle_zip'] but it doesnt add in any tax when it sees that zipcode.

I dont see any adjustments to price in the cart after thats entered.

- Same thing for your Tax settings in Main Configuration and tax part itself
- An Url link and a step by step process to reproduce your issue.

Did you create zone and linked each zone with his own tax rule ?
