Could you help me?")* Hi, The default zone before the user enters his address comes from the "main tax zone" setting of the HikaShop configuration. So you need to select there one of the zones of your tax rule for the 20% tax rate and it will do what you want. Could you help me?")* Hi, Then it means that the United Kingdom zone you selected there is not a sub zone of the zone "All countries except chanel islands Vat" or that zone is not of the type "tax". So I would recommend to check that zone in the menu System>Zones. I made 2 zones for the 20% one which includes all countries except UK and the other All Countries and UK except Channel Isles Then just a 0% on channel Isles and that has seemed to work. So basically I just published the All countries except UK zonne I created. I have attached a image just for reference incase anyone else needs help with this too. - [ ![ScreenShot2016-11-03at09.26.31.png](/forum/attachment/34419) ](/forum/attachment/34419 "...at09.26.31.png") [ ](/forum/attachment/34419?download=1 "...at09.26.31.png") Please [Log in](/login?return=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuaGlrYXNob3AuY29tL2ZvcnVtL3RheGVzLzg4NzI1OS1uby10YXgtZm9yLWNoYW5uZWwtaXNsYW5kLWJ1dC0yMC10YXgtZm9yLWV2ZXJ5dGhpbmctZWxzZT90bXBsPW1hcmtkb3du) or [Create an account](/component/users/registration?Itemid=101) to join the conversation.
