EU tax rules without zone

I installed the EU tax rules but none of them is restricted to a zone (Country) and therefore "VAT (GB)" is applied on every customer no matter what country they are from. Is there something wrong in my shop in genaral or why are there no zone restrictions?

Thank you for your feedback. It's a bug we've introduced recently.
Delete the tax rules it added in the menu System>Taxes, download again the install package on our website and install it again and it will reimport the taxes rules with the countries set properly.
