Have had all sorts of problems configuring it. Sorted out most of them except one. There are 2 templates - the first is the site itself and the second is when you access the site via a mobile device like a phone or a tablet. When you go into the 'shop' via the mobile device a lot of the buttons are cut off (see attached image) I've spoken to the vjtemples about it but they seem to think it's a config set up in hikashop not the template. I followed their directions and asked why the buttons are still showing as cut off and their response is as follows: Go and take a look at this link www.elite-hockeynorge.no/shop This is what it's supposed to be. You see there is no box and background for every product. The reason your buttons get overlapped is because you have box and background for every product. This is somewhere in your HikaShop setup, not in our template. If you want us to troubleshoot, there will be a fee for the time we will spend to find out what the cause is. We can prove it to you that it is not because of something in our template. Admin Can you shed some light on how I can fix this problem please? Cheers, John") Category: [General Talk about HikaShop](/forum/2-general-talk-about-hikashop "Suggest your feature requests and ideas for HikaShop") Topic started 13 years 6 months ago, by [johno58jj](/forum/user/10161-johno58jj "View johno58jj's Profile") [Last Post](/forum/2-general-talk-about-hikashop/80185-cut-off-buttons#98372 "Hi, As I can see, it's due to the class "vjt_container" which don't have the same height than his parent. I do have a question however, I've pre-loaded a number of images to the site and added products via CSV upload - so far so good. There were a few items where I didn't put in the correct image name for it to link correctly so need to do them manually. When I go into the product and try to link the product to the image already loaded into the site it doesn't give me that option. It only allows me to look on my local drive as if I'm loading the image for the first time. Is there any way to access the folder on the site and link the product to the image that way? I don't think that it's technically possible to include the JCK image handler as it is tied to the HTML editor and isn't standalone. However, integrating with the joomla image uploader/selector is something that we have in mind since a long time so that's indeed something we want to do in the short/middle term. I hope we can make it for January, and we'll do our best, but I wouldn't be as optimistic as Xavier. The problem I see is that we need to support it in all three joomla versions (1.5 2.5 and 3.0) and for each one, it will be different. So even if it's just "rerouting things" as you say, that's still three times the rerouting to do... For the image folder, that's a non issue actually.
