I'd like my cart totals to update when the shipping option is chosen and when the customer chooses a shipping address already input in the system (ie chooses a radio instead of adds new which does update the page). I'd also like my shipping options to adjust based on shipping zone. I have excluded certain shipping options to Hawaii and Alaska, but again these options still appear if the customer chooses a shipping option already in the system by selecting its radio button. I have only one address during checkout. I want to give an option for a customer to enter two distinct addresses - one for schipping and one for the invoice. Also, that would be nice to have an option that customer could select that says 'I want to receive an invoice for my order'. Please, kindly provide me with any information about how I could do that.
