Example: Product "A" needs Custom field "what date?" Product "B" need Custom field "what time?" However product "B" does NOT need the field "what date". Product "B" only need custom field "what time?". I thought by placing product A and B in two separate categories then when making a new custom field choosing the category would do this but it does not seem to help. Thank you in advance.")
