That is a date of an older subscription. I have the newer one that is valid through 2018. I tried to "attach" the newer subscription on the Hikashop site to this domain, but it stays blank. However, there are no tabs showing up in the menu item page, so I cannot change anything..... (See screenshot) Updated hikashop to latest version, just to make sure, but still same behaviour. Cleared browser cache, used different browser, cleared site cache ... no luck... If I open another menu item, the tabs are showing correctly, just the product listing and category listing for hikashop is not...") But if your browser keep in its cache the old version of jquery-ui (which have less modules in order to avoid the conflicts with Joomla JS lib using the same names than the official Jquery-ui lib), the JS error will still be "visible" even if the problem is really solved. If i change either one of those, then that text shows up on all orders. I want to add something to the effect of "If it contains electronic material, you can now download that electronic material by clicking on the order number (above) to return to the site and download your order. Physical items will be shipped soon. If this is for a quote, Someone will reach out on the next US business day." It seems that I only need to add some logic to the "Order status notification" email, but I am not that good a programmer anymore to make those changes. I have tried both configuration settings of apply discount before and after taxes and there is not difference. What am I missing?") You'll see that same documentation page on our website here: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...p-discount-form.html If you want more up to the point answers, and reduce the back and forth between us, I would recommend that follow the instructions that we provide when creating a new thread on the forum. Providing screenshots of what you configured would help a lot understand your issue. Here, a screenshot of the discount settings, of the tax settings of the configuration and of your taxes listing would allow us to instantly see if it is all setup properly and potentially try to reproduce the issue on our end. Providing an example of your tests with the amounts and the calculations would also have helped.
