I know this is possible by customising the checkout workflow but going forward it is possible we may want to offer certain products or product groups for direct ordering from the website while keeping the rest quote only. Is it possible to alter the checkout process depending on what is in the basket? 2) Regular account customers of the business will often receive preferential rates on certain products and be set up on a pricing scheme unique to that customer. In the future we may want to offer account customers the option of ordering directly online. Is it possible to make prices customer specific and import/export these in csv format?")
