It seems they get an email with confirmation, then when their payment is processed and confirmed. I'd like them to get just 1 when I have received their payment and applied it. It's not an order notification like the other emails and can't be personnalized like the others. The simplest in that case is to just add your seller's email address in the "BCC" field of the "order status notification" email which is sent to the customer upon order confirmation. But that's only possible via the menu System>Emails of the Business edition, so you can't do that with the Essential edition. You could always modify the code of the plugins to add additional information to the payment notification email but it's not easy. I have tried installing Alpha User Points and following the instructions for this and the HikaShop user points but I can't seem to find the appropriate settings. Each time, it says it is only possible with HikaShop business though I have been assured several times via your contact form that I can still do this with Essential. Please let me know ASAP as we want to launch the website this Friday. There, you can change the CSS: div.hikashop_products div.hikashop_subcontainer{ border: 1px solid; } I find that when I go into the CSS file via the above method, I am unable to search to quickly locate the relevant line of code. So I open the document in cpanel/file manager /home/leoniebbs/public_html/media/com_hikashop/css/frontend_custom.css I have searched on the above doe and I am unable to locate it (div.hikashop_products div.hikashop_subcontainer...)
