Someone who purchased the documentary download just wrote this: "Hello! I purchased the documentary less than 2 months ago, but didn't get a chance to download it when I discovered that the file size is huge. Today I finally got a high speed internet, and when I went to download, it says "download period elapsed"!!!! I never saw anywhere that it mentions a time limit for downloading, so please give me the link to download as soon as possible. Thank you!" I tried resetting the download expired but that only seem to reset the number of downloads and not the Download Period Elapsed issue? Running Hikashop 2.1.0 and Joomla 2.5.8 Thanks, E.")
