They were trying it out and decided not to use it. The problem they are running into is that if you uninstall Hikashop component and plugin items through the extension manager. There are errors on the site after the ununinstall. Checked to make sure we could add menu items, uninstalled Hikashop again and tried to add a menu item and got the error again.
