I couldn't find any option for this in the settings of the plugin. Also, I have deleted the customization of the email, so right now we are using the default from 3.4. , still no information about wether the customer used some points and obtained a discount or not. We need to check the admin page to have this information, but this could lead to errors, so we need this as before the upgrade. Please help.") Right now the plugin is triggered in the admin page on changing the order status to Confirmed. The problem with his is that we can't track the source of the customers in Analytics, so we want to move this on the last checkout page. In this way we can have the correct source of the customers. I think the easiest way would be to move some code from the plugin to the /template/html/com_hikashop/checkout/end.php. We have the code as follows: Of course this doesn't produce any valuable output, as the classes and variables aren't initialized ($order, $product, and so on). If the user has more points than necessary to pay for the current order, then the plugin tries to substract again a different sum after selecting the "Yes" option. I have attached 3 screenshots. On the first one, when the customer doesn't have enough points to pay the total, the plugin works as expected. It substracts some value from the order and displays the result. On the second one the customer has more points than necessary, and he has the option to pay with points for the current order ( he can not pay for the shipment ). The calculations are correct until this point. On the third one however, after selecting the "Yes" option the plugin displays a different scenario for the same order, and also miscalculates the final total. It looks like the plugin adds the discount to the order and then offers a different amount of points to use. In our example before selecting the "Yes" option we had 940 points to use for 47 Ron, and after selecting the "Yes" option we have 1500 points for 75 Ron.... Any idea what's happening? If prior selects some shipping methods or payments methods, then acts normally, but if the first click goes on the points then the page gets submitted immediately. Please help, we allready upgraded our site and we have missed this bug on our test site.
