I wish for a item to have both a digital and physical option, with no shipping on the digital one, how would I go about doing this? Would it be easier just to create a separate product? 2. I attempted to setup a free downloadable product with registration, it partially works, with no payment option and free shipping shown, however there are two issues: A. The final message is 'Thank you for your purchase', with no reference to where you can actually download the product. Can I edit this text? B. The only email with a link to it is the confirmed order letter which contains a very well hidden hyperlink: puu.sh/2ROzt.png Where's the email that actually explains how to download it? Is that tiny link the same for all downloadable products no matter if its free or not? Couldn't have at least 'Click this to download:' before it? Creating a separate product is an option. Another option is to create a characteristic with two values (digital and physical) and to add it to your product. Then, in each variant (via the "manage variants" button of the product), you can set a weight to the physical variant and the download to the digital one. 2.
