I am unsure exactly what is doing it, and I don't get an error message with debug mode turned on.  When I add a product to the cart and go to checkout, the 'Checkout Steps' bar only shows &quot;1: Login&quot; and &quot;2: End&quot;. I have made sure that I have a full checkout workflow in order under configuration. When I attempt to continue from Step 1 it loops back around and displays the page again. I am unsure why it is doing this.  Any help or insight would be appreciated!
