He wants 1 item of product A and 29 items of product B. While in check out process, this message "The cart items combined weight is too big for all the possible shipping methods" pops up after clicking "Next" button (See file clipboard02.jpg). Well, I set weight 100g for those 2 products. You will see combined weight of that order will be 3000g (See file clipboard01.jpg). There should be one shipping method shown on the screen. But it doesn't. I also try this ... If I change amount of product B to more than 29 items or less than 29 items, Shipping method shows up correctly. If I change amount of product A and product B to 3 items and 27 items respectively, Shipping method shows up correctly. Or if I change amount of product A and product B to 25 items and 5 items respectively, Shipping method shows up correctly. But if I change amount of product A to 29 items and product B to 1 item. That error message still pops up. I don't why this happens. Please help to suggest me. Please understand that due to the age of your HikaShop and the fact that we do not have any elements which could allow us to understand what is the cart content, all the rules in your shipping methods... We do not know the cart content, the cart price, the cart weight, the shipping full restrictions, etc. I'm sorry but we are not able to provide you any useful help. But only one coupon was applied and another was not. So total price was wrong. Then I tried to make similar order. I found the same problem. Why is that? Please recommend me if I still want to use discount/coupon setting. However, at prices section in product detail editing page, I have tried to set more than one price according to minimum amount. This time, those 2 products are discounted and total price is correct. But what I see when viewing product listing page is that price per more than one unit is shown. I don't want it. I want price per one unit to be shown instead. How can I fix this? Please help. Any resolution is appreciated. Yesterday, I did not see it. Then I logged in Joomla and went to Hikashop section. I found a new order created on Oct 17, 2014 from a customer . I think there is something wrong. Why is not there an email sent to me? Also, I checked Hikashop's configuration and email function. Everything looks normal. I don't know this problem involved with my already ended subscription period (10 Oct 2014). I think my Hikashop installed still can work eventhough I do not extend it. I just think I will have not got any help from Hikashop team including a new update of Hikashop in the future. Please tell me this is not involved with my subscription period. Please tell me how to solve this problem.
