I try to sell subscriptions with a certain value. The price set for each subscription is with tax, I have created four subscriptions with different rates, all including tax. When I try to buy a subscription and select a payment method like bank transfer I get to see a message that tells me that I have to transfer an amount of money with taxes calculated again. Subscription costs € 395,- tax included. Buy it by bank transfer, it will cost € 463,55. Surely there must be something set wrong somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I can't choose a different delivery address. Were do I find information about this question? I tried to find this in the FAQ. The second question is: I want to add shipping costs. I added a new rule in shipping method and put an amount in price (General configuration within the shipping method) This amount doesn't show up and will not be added at the checkout. Were do I find information about that or is there a checklist available?
