Turning off SEF fixes the problem. I have a Categories listing menu item. Listing the categories works fine, but when I click on one of the category links when SEF Friendly URLs is set to yes, I get an error page which states on the bottom: #404 Article not found. I tried looking for a Hikashop Hidden menu, but I don't have one. I loaded Hikashop and went through the wizard, but no hidden menu for hikashop was created. Is this my problem? I also changed the menu option of my associated module to categories listing and made sure access was public, but this did not fix it. I now have the site set to not use sef friendly urls because I need to build the rest of it so you won't get the error, but I attached screen prints and can give you backend access if you need it. I have another site that is running Joomla 3.1.5 and maybe a slightly earlier version of hikashop that works find and it's set up more or less the same. It does have a hikashop hidden menu but that menu only has one menu item of type checkout. I am using PayPal Standard (originally live, but then I switched to Paypal sandbox). First I created customers with US addresses (in NJ and other states) and have had no problems with Paypal payments (once they pay on Paypal their status always changes to confirmed on Hikashop). Then I created a customer with a French address. When I have the currency switcher set to USD and then have the French customer complete their order in checkout and subsequently pay on Paypal (in USD) all is fine and works the same as I found with my US test customers. However, when I change the currency switcher to EUR (this works fine and all amounts are converted correctly), and the customer subsequently pays on paypal...on Hikashop the order status stays in created. This is the only case where this happens (French customer paying using EUR currency). When the same French customer buys the same item and the currency switcher is first set to USD instead of EUR it works perfectly. I checked the raw server logs. Both products are being offered at checkout, however the number of packages and the price is wrong. There are only 2 items being ordered and the Shipping page for UPS options says 3 packages; also the price is incorrect ($15-$20 higher than it should be). I found this by going to MyUps on their website under my account and entering the shipment for each product manually. I suspect the problem is related to the number of packages being off by one? The attached screen print word doc shows the checkout on the site, and the attached text file shows the calculations that show on UPS site when entering the shipment for each product (I copied and pasted these). Please advise. Both products are being offered at checkout, however the number of packages and the price is wrong. There are only 2 items being ordered and the Shipping page for UPS options says 3 packages; also the price is incorrect ($15-$20 higher than it should be). I found this by going to MyUps on their website under my account and entering the shipment for each product manually. I suspect the problem is related to the number of packages being off by one? The attached screen print word doc shows the checkout on the site, and the attached text file shows the calculations that show on UPS site when entering the shipment for each product (I copied and pasted these). Please advise.
