The tax was showing up when users were logged in, but now the tax never shows. Also, in an attempt to fix the problem, I set the "main tax zone" option of the configuration to United States of America, and now I can't delete it. I added United States of America to the default tax rule and still no tax shows up. All my products and orders should have the same tax rule (8% tax). I've spend 2 hours trying to fix this.
