I have set it up so that all the colours that they can buy them are under variants. However, we do offer a custom colour under a variant titled "Special Colour" I have created this extra field and it does appear on the product page, however i would like it only to appear if they select the variant "Special Colour" all other colour options should hide the field. Thanks") Category: [How to?](/forum/4-how-to "If you didn't find the answer on our documentation neither on existing posts, please ask your question here.") But if you filter on a category, then on a custom field, it will display all the products with that specific custom field value. In your case: I think that the product should be a category, so create a filter on a category, then the os can be a custom field value, so create a filter on the desired custom field. Hope this will help you.") 12 years 6 months ago by [Xavier](/forum/user/4105-xavier "View Xavier's Profile") | Replies:9 Views:1064 | [Last Post](/forum/4-how-to/85844-conditional-custom-product-field#153430 "Hi, I think that what Nicolas was saying is that if you filter on Categories, it will display all the products of one category, then if you filter on one product, it will display only one product in the listing, so after that filtering on a custom field seems to be a useless step.
