I hadn't noticed this until one of my customers reported the issue. When checking out, for any customer that doesn't remember their username or password, there is no recovery option visible. I can see the "forgot my username" and "forgot my password" options on the Joomla! login, and in an SCLogin module that I have installed, but recovery options are not visible on checkout screen. Any help in identifying why this wouldn't display is greatly appreciated. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I am selling event tickets. I have created a no cost shipping option called "Will Call Admission", and I am using PayPal as my only payment option. The shop is configured to Auto select default shipping and payment methods, and to Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection. Advanced checkout workflow is disabled, and checkout workflow is set to "login_address_terms_cart_confirm,end", with no checkout workflow selected. Approximately 10% of customers are not being handed off to PayPal to make their payment. When orders process correctly, the Order Summary email includes the following information: Customer : Customer email: Order number : T4K00 Payment method : PayPal Shipping method : Will Call Admission When the hand-off to PayPal doesn't happen, the Order Summary email includes the following information: Customer : Customer email: Order number : T4L01 Shipping method : Will Call Admission (Note the missing Payment Method line) Where there is no payment method, customers are never offered an opportunity to pay for their order. I have not been able to isolate the problem to any particular browser or environment. In fact, I have had some customers submit several identical orders from the same computer and browser, with many failing until a final order processes as expected. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
