I try to sell subscriptions with a certain value. The price set for each subscription is with tax, I have created four subscriptions with different rates, all including tax. When I try to buy a subscription and select a payment method like bank transfer I get to see a message that tells me that I have to transfer an amount of money with taxes calculated again. Subscription costs € 395,- tax included. Buy it by bank transfer, it will cost € 463,55. Surely there must be something set wrong somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I have read the page on your website of ow to integrate Hikashop with Akeeba, or reversed. I do not understand what I have to do in order to make the following work. On the website of HeliportWorld I offer clients a subscription in 4 categories. All lasting one year. When the subscription is paid, the customer will get to (unlocks) a menu item which gives him or her the opportunity to add information on the site in the category of choice. Which can be multiple. It must be possible to have more than one subscription, not of the same category, but of various categories. So, customers will be able to add their information in multiple categories with a subscription of one year, starting at the same day. The problem with Akeeba is, that the next subscription one takes, will start when the first has ended. That should not be the case, as multiple subscriptions of different products easily can exist. Not in the view of Akeeba, as I have understood. To tackle that problem, I have installed Hikashop, in order to make that possible. But after having read your install information, I have no idea which plug in to use, how to create menu items in order to have a more or less selfsupporting system working. Referring back to the install page is no option of course, I need more detailed information in order to have this to work for me. Would it be possible to help me with this ? That's where HikaShop can be used with Akeeba Subscriptions in order to support multiple subscriptions purchases at the same time. If that's something you don't need, then you should be fine with just Akeeba subscriptions. If that's something you need, then you want to use the first plugin of Akeeba subscription that we propose in the documentation. Simply install and activate it and you're all set for the integration setup. When you install HikaShop, you get a wizard which allows you to select how you want to access your store and how you want to display your products, so I suppose that you already have that in place.
