First i installed the .gz file from local pc, and it just tryed to install for a long time before it timed out. Then i tried to install using ftp, unpacking and uploading the files in the .zip to a dir on the server. Same happened then, it timed out. I noticed the site was very slow so i talked to my host and they say that the server has been very slow today cause of changing customers to another server and therefore the workload has been hard on the server. Now they have moved my site to the new server and i immediately notice that everything works much faster. So what i did before trying to install was: DELETE FROM `jos_menu` WHERE link LIKE '%com_hikashop%'; DELETE FROM jos_extensions WHERE element = 'com_hikashop'; DELETE FROM jos_assets WHERE name='com_hikashop'; Then i tried to install from the ftp. It went much faster this time but returned the following message: Error 1146: xxxx.ys9u3_hikashop_config' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM ys9u3_hikashop_config I dont now what to do next, any advise please ?")
