It's not about HikaShop being compliant or not. It's about your website/web server and your procedures being compliant. And there are a lot of things you need to check for that. These measures include implementing quarterly scans and audits, passing security assessments, building and maintaining a secure network, and other controls. The best in that case is to have professionals in the PCI compliance field to help you with that. Regarding HikaShop itself, we didn't pass any certification regarding that. HikaShop is compliant as long as you don't use a payment plugin where the credit card information is asked on your website. If you do, then you need to make sure that your server/procedures are properly secured and that is not something we can do for you.") 11 years 3 weeks ago by [nicolas](/forum/user/63-nicolas "View nicolas's Profile") | Replies:1 Views:721 | [Last Post](/forum/29-payment-methods/879654-paypal-requires-hikashop-to-be-pci-dss-compliant#216319 "Hi, The question is not really relevant. However, recently I've been stung by a number of false chargebacks on digital downloads which Paypal will not protect me against unless I have Cardinal Commerce 3D Secure. I have become a member of Cardinal Commerce but they do not recognise Hikashop and don't list it in their available shop configurations. Does anyone know how I can include the 3D secure into the checkout system of Hikashop? Since the chargebacks are becoming a new trend in scamming people I'm positive that someone on the forum will have suffered the same and could perhaps possibly post the code I need to insert into Hikashop in order for it to include the cardinal commerce 3D secure. I am only using Paypal Pro for all my payments but I'm unsure how to include the code to allow for this 3D secure. You have 2 possibilities: - You use another payment plugin for another payment gateway which supports that. PayPal Standard and PayPal Advanced do support it. CardSave also supports it with the credit card form on your checkout (like PayPal Pro). Otherwise, many other payment plugins support that by redirecting the customer to the payment gateway to enter their credit card information and handling the 3d Secure on their end. - You add that capability to the payment plugin. I note that in the 2.4.0 version, the "depreciated" Alphauserpoints system has been removed. Is it possible to update to 2.4 but keep the Alphauserpoints? The reason I ask is that I have over 3,000 customers all who have been awarded points at one time or another from purchases. Unless the update automatically converts the Alphauserpoints to Hikashop points I would have to manually move/convert all of these points by hand - a job I'd rather not take on. Is it possible to continue using the Alphauserpoints in 2.4 or is there an easy way to swap the points over to the Hikashop system?")
